A good way to track your blood pressure and see it displayed in graphic format. The display gives a bit of biofeedback as you are able to see trends that looking at a table of raw values will not reveal. It is also a source of some links about techniques and supplements to help you lower your blood pressure
A wonderful source of really complete information on nutritional and metabolic effects of specific foods including glycemic index, inflammatory factor, calories, nutrient content, protein quality, nutrient balance. The graphic displays are well done.

An online version of the Canadian Air Force Fitness Program. There is some concern that the more advanced sit up programs may be too stressful on the spine but this is a wonderful, equipment free, graded program with good research to support its benefits.

Some people may find the information a bit overwhelming or overly technical but the information is rock solid.
